All workers, contractors, visitors and drivers must complete a site induction before commencing work at Sydney Markets.

Before commencing any work at Sydney Markets, all tenants, workers, contractors, visitors, and drivers must complete the online induction training program. How to Complete Your Induction
- 1Click "Begin Induction" above to start the online training program
- 2Enter your personal details on the registration page to create your record
- 3Work through the induction modules — read the document in full
- 4Complete and submit the acknowledgement at the end of the program
- 5Retain a copy of your completion confirmation for your own records
Personal Protective Equipment
Mandatory PPE Requirements
- High-visibility vest — mandatory at all times on site
- Closed, non-slip shoes; steel-cap boots required in loading areas
- Gloves and hearing protection where required by task or zone
- Inspect PPE before use — damaged equipment must be replaced immediately
Conduct Standards
Workplace Behaviour
- Zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, or offensive behaviour
- Zero tolerance for being under the influence of alcohol or drugs at work
- No smoking or vaping except in designated areas
- Comply with all instructions from SML officers and authorised personnel
- Breaches of WHS or Market Rules may result in removal and banning from site

Forklift operators must hold a current High-Risk Work Licence and obtain SML Forklift Approval. Pedestrians must always use marked walkways and make eye contact with drivers before crossing. Avoid using mobile phones while walking in shared zones.
