Once your application has been assessed, if accepted by Sydney Markets Limited, the Production Company contact will be notified and an invoice will be forwarded.

Film Industry Responsibilities & Obligations

The Production Company and its representatives must make every reasonable effort to accommodate the requirements of Sydney Markets Limited tenants and customers affected by the Production.
The Production Company and its representatives must abide by any conditions stipulated in Sydney Markets Limited's approval.
Normal access for motorists and pedestrians must be maintained at all times other than when filming actually takes place.
All props, rigging, materials and directional signs must be removed upon completion.
The location must be left clean and tidy to the satisfaction of Sydney Markets Limited.
The Production Company must reimburse Sydney Markets Limited for any damage caused to the site as a result of the Production.
Production personnel must wear hi-vis safety vests and follow directions from Sydney Markets Limited Operations Staff while on site.
All crew must complete the online WHS induction before attending site at sydneymarkets.com.au/safety-awareness.
All references to Sydney Markets must use approved names, including Sydney Markets, Sydney Produce Market, Sydney Flower Market and Paddy's Markets where applicable.
