Vendor Compliance Coordinator

Sydney Markets is seeking Expressions of Interest for a Vendor Compliance Coordinator — a 6-month secondment opportunity based at our Flemington site, reporting to Marie Talevska, Procurement & Commercial Manager.

About the Role

  • Manage contractor onboarding and compliance through Rapid Global and associated systems
  • Review contractor documentation including insurances, licences, SWMS, certifications and inductions
  • Monitor compliance status and proactively manage expiries, renewals and non-compliance
  • Act as primary point of contact for contractors, tenants and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with WHS, Operations, Property, Procurement and Facilities Management
  • Conduct audits, reporting and compliance assurance activities

About You

  • Experience in compliance, contractor management, WHS, procurement or operations administration
  • Strong knowledge of documentation review and governance requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and provide clear guidance
  • Experience with Rapid Global or similar systems (desirable)
  • Exposure to ISO standards, auditing or compliance frameworks (advantageous)
